The Pakistan Japan Culture Association (PJCA) is a voluntary, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization dedicated to fostering mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and long-lasting friendship between the people of Pakistan and Japan.
Established with a vision to strengthen bilateral cooperation, PJCA works across multiple fields including education, culture, social welfare, science, technology, heritage, arts, and sports. Our mission is to provide a platform where both nations can share knowledge, values, and traditions while building stronger people-to-people connections.

Independent and voluntary in nature.
A social welfare organization registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961.
Not a foreign friendship organization under the Foreign Cultural Association (Regulation of Functioning) Ordinance, 1975.
