- Promote mutual understanding and friendly relations between the people of Pakistan and Japan.
- Foster cooperation in education, culture, social welfare, science, technology, cultural heritage, art, and sports.
- Encourage language and cultural studies, including literature, music, art, and sciences, to build bridges of knowledge and appreciation.
- Facilitate access to information by providing books, periodicals, publications, translations, and visual materials from both countries.
- Encourage exchanges of people, including teachers, scholars, journalists, artists, and professionals, to promote cultural and friendly ties.
- Extend hospitality to dignitaries and professionals visiting from either country to enhance goodwill and collaboration.
- Organize events and forums such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, discussions, and cultural programs that embody the spirit of Pakistan-Japan friendship.
- Adapt and expand initiatives in line with the organization’s objectives, while remaining true to its founding principles.
