President's Message
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Pakistan-Japan Culture Association (PJCA). Our Association is an independent, voluntary, and non-profit social welfare organization, registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. PJCA is not a foreign friendship organization under the Foreign Cultural Association (Regulation of Functioning) Ordinance, 1975, which ensures that our character remains purely people-oriented and non-political. At PJCA, we believe that the bonds between Pakistan and Japan are built on mutual respect, cultural exchange, and shared values of progress and cooperation. Through PJCA wide-ranging initiatives in education, culture, science, heritage, arts, and social development, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for both nations to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
