President's Message

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Pakistan-Japan Culture Association (PJCA). Our Association is an independent, voluntary, and non-profit social welfare organization, registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. PJCA is not a foreign friendship organization under the Foreign Cultural Association (Regulation of Functioning) Ordinance, 1975, which ensures that our character remains purely people-oriented and non-political. At PJCA, we believe that the bonds between Pakistan and Japan are built on mutual respect, cultural exchange, and shared values of progress and cooperation. Through PJCA wide-ranging initiatives in education, culture, science, heritage, arts, and social development, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for both nations to connect, collaborate, and grow together. PJCA invites you to join us on this journey of cultural harmony and collaboration, as we together contribute to fostering deeper ties between Pakistan and Japan.
